Initiate Your Request
Log into your Chemical Warehouse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
